Refreshments 6.30pm, Presentations from 7pm followed by Prizegiving

A great CV writing and networking opportunity for all doctors in training

All West Herts Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust trainees (foundation to registrar) and all local GPVTS trainees are invited to submit a case presentation for the President’s Prize

Timings:

1. Email title and 100 word abstract to i.vardi-flynn@nhs.net by Monday 14/4/25.

2. Finalists will be invited to present in person on Wednesday 23/4/25.

3. Each presentation to be 5 minutes long (5 slides) with 2 minutes for questions.

4. Abstract and presentation to include case history AND reflection / learning

5. Winners will be selected on the night by the judges (WHMS President and Committee).

PRIZES:

First prize £100 and certificate

Runners up prizes £50 and certificate
